June 24th Update

We have a praise today! Doug's blood counts were up and he was able to have his chemotherapy treatment. He is pretty tired tonight and trying to rest. The treatment went well. He was alone until his dad came to sit with him. I haven't been able to go the last two treatments and it is always nice to have someone keep Doug company. Well at least it makes me feel better and I know he likes it too. It can be a very long lonely day in the chemo suite even though it is bustling with nurses and doctors taking care of you.

Thank you once again for your prayers and support as Doug travels this path the Lord has before him. We know God is faithful and never leaves us or abandoned us.

May each of you have a wonderful week. We will hopefully be heading to our cabin in Cascade for the 4th of July. I have the week off for vacation and will enjoy being in the mountains.

Blessings to each one of you!

Linda
